Understanding the Biblical Timeline
Over the next few months (beginning in May 2019) the Adult Sunday School class will focus on developing a contextual understanding of the timeline of the major events of Genesis and Exodus and how they fit into our understanding of world history within the biblical paradigm. All too often we tend to look at the events described for us in both Genesis and Exodus (as well as the rest of the Bible) without a clear understanding of the overall context of these events. Recent findings have greatly enhanced the contextual understanding of scripture and its overall context within world history.
Flood Resources
Is Genesis History? is a 2017 documentary that makes a compelling case for a six day view of creation.
